Percussionist Chi-Hsia Lai (TW) and marimbist Chin-Cheng Lin (TW) create a new performance dedicated to the Great War. A thematic exploration of the zeitgeist in 1914-1918, through a fusion of media and percussion. The production reflects their interpretation of the war, in the form of a 45-minute performance with sound, percussion, live electronics and visuals.
In 2018 Flanders will give special attention to the commemoration of the end of the First World War. With the commemoration as a driver and motivator, these two musicians provide a captivating performance.

Producer Entrepot launches, in the context of Gone West, the residency program Cut The Crap. This program is for artists from all over the world working around visual arts. From 2014 to 2018 two young artists or an artist duo are invited each year to work in the Entrepot.
